#8 AVC in AVI import

In between the x264 VfW interface and codecs like the
one from mpegable, a considerable part of AVC content
generated these days still uses the AVI container.
Since mp4box supports AVI input, I think it would make
sense to extend the import functionality to support AVC
content as well.

the mpegable vfw encoder is not available at all anymore, and
the one from videosoft is limited to 5days in the free versions
and hardly anyone uses it anyways (plus it uses some sort of
    packed bitstream)

the only really widely used avc-in-avi implementation is x264
(i tried my best to avoid this, no chance, people are simply
too fixed on virtualdub :D )

Sorry this will not be on the todo list, too busy with other
things (including correct raw H264 import).

Moreover MP4Box allows extraction of raw video stream from
    avi files ...
