#1 Linux packaging fails
There is a known bug with the fixup_bundle command in CPack which may fail in Linux. The issue is logged by Kitware as bug ID: 10417. I have produced a work around that requires manual intervention for any machine that must create a Linux installer. It requires that you manually add paths that will be searched for when gathering dependencies. ldd can be used to achieve this.
