I think there was some embarassment or insecurities about the authorship and/or timeline of GAG. It was neglected for a long time before it came to Sourceforge, perhaps lead authority was in question? But It's been over 15 YEARS since the last contribution , and still, nothing is dated (except for what Sourceforge itself requires). Now 64-bit booting is still questionable, but there's no clarity if it will ever change, or if it has been abandoned, because Sergio Costas Rodriguez didn't have dates...
I know this is late, but had the same problem with XP/98 Boot. XP as the first OS I setup, no issues, 2nd OS is Win98SE no cdrom. All I did was swap out the drives startup and made Win98SE as the first drive, then XP. Both now have cdrom support.
