#3367 problems disembarcking outside villages. and server error message europe dock
freecol 1.2 windows port.
When trying to disembarck colonist/troops/cannons on island where other european power is already present it fails to disembarck. On any other island without other europian power present I can disembarck on any tile I want.
Also everytime ships leave europe with still units present at dock . I'm getting error message " server can't do that. one message for every unit present on dock.
