Open the attached savefile. Access the dutch privateer Zwarte Raaf in the southeast and activate one of the scouts on it. Engage in contact with the tupi village next to the privateer, ask to talk with chief .

Get a warning "The server can't do that" + path to logfile.

A message telling the player that the natives must be contacted (from land) first is now displayed.

Fixed in the development version, and will be a part of FreeCol 1.2.0.
