Would it be possible to use Fink Commander to install
fink packages on a remote computer?

This would be useful e.g. for setting up a server where
I could install the latest versions of
apache/subversion etc. from my PowerBook.

    In theory it would be possible to let FinkCommander install
    stuff on a remote host, but that host should run fink. Is
    that an option? If not, you should issue an feature request
    at the fink project for remote installing packages.
    Otherwise I would be willing to have a look at this request.
