After installing or updating a package, it seems that the table is not being updated correctly:
After installing a package from source, the "installed" column in the table will not get updated (from a blank entry to the current version), nor will the "status" column update (from blank to "current") - instead, the "binary" column is updated to whatever the "source" column (ie. the current version) is.
If installing from binary, neither "installed" nor "status" gets updated either.
A similar problem exists if updating an outdated package from source or binary - neither "installed" nor "status" is updated (although the "binary" column is changed).
Updating the table from File->Update Table does not seem to work.
A workaround is to call selfupdate, which will update the table correctly.

Problem exists when trying to update to reflect changes made by directly calling fink, as well.
