This update moves some dependencies into the 'fedora-installer' profile block.

This update creates the 'installer' subproject that generates
fedorahome.zip and
fedora-installer.jar

These are created with the command
mvn clean install -P fedora-installer

With this update all of the following work
mixing and matching ANT & Maven2
with both java5 and java6.

mvn clean install
mvn install -P fedora-installer

mvn integration-test -P configB

Adds 3.2 as a compatible version

Merge to trunk for release 3.2.1

Release 3.2.1 has been tagged, deleting from branches.

Creating tag for Release 3.2.1

added 3.2 as compatible version

Updates to fix the bug indicated in FCREPO-510 and prepare for a 3.2.1 release.
