refactored to contain inly the REST API client

refactored these components to the fcrepo.http package. the fcrepo.restapi package now contains only the REST implementation.

Starting to refactor, with a goal of having the Rebuilder impl's either use a Server bean, or get a context from the server

refactored versions of simple HTTP client and response classes originally located in fcrepo.restapi

Fixed, I HOPE, the wsdl schema in the service dep CM, and the demo objects so they validate

Prep for next dev iteration of 3.4-SNAPSHOT --
changed all refs to version back to 3.4-SNAPSHOT.
They were formerly, temporarily changed to 3.4-RC1
for the 3.4-RC1 tag.

minor javadoc update

Add notes to README:
1) location of install.properties files for the ConfigA, ConfigB, ConfigQ tests to simplify setting up test environment
2) running individual tests using -Dtest=<test name>
