Fixed, I HOPE, the wsdl schema in the service dep CM, and the demo objects so they validate

Prep for next dev iteration of 3.4-SNAPSHOT --
changed all refs to version back to 3.4-SNAPSHOT.
They were formerly, temporarily changed to 3.4-RC1
for the 3.4-RC1 tag.

Add notes to README:
1) location of install.properties files for the ConfigA, ConfigB, ConfigQ tests to simplify setting up test environment
2) running individual tests using -Dtest=<test name>

Updated bamboo and jira links in root pom to new locations.
Also added LICENSE file (Apache Software License v2) as per DuraSpace standard.

rename webadmin swf in line with version (and link in html page)

Updates POMs, licence.html, README, and web admin client index.html to release version 3.4-RC1
(also removes 1 line of debug code from AuthfilterJAAS)
