update to trunk rev 8620; tidy up temp file deletion (flag for deletion on exit if not deleted)

create branch for FCREPO-696: Adding datastream with managed content throws Exception when providing a checksum

Handle exceptions when cloning test objects to produced managed datastream equivalents (DC, RELS-*). TestHTTPStatusCodesConfigB adds TestHTTPStatusCodes to its test suite - both of these perform demo objects ingest, so 2nd ingest fails as objects already exist (not handling exception was thus leading to the test borking).

Missed from last commit

Working implementation using utility class to wrap XML datastreams (inline and managed). Some integration test (B) coverage extended to use objects with managed DC, RELS-EXT and RELS-INT datastreams; further test coverage required

FCREPO-707: oops. mixed up datastreamProfile with listDatastreams

FCREPO-707: corrected the xsd location (although the schema doesn't actually exist there, that's for FCREPO-720)

FCREPO-719: added namespace declaration for datastreamHistory

FCREPO-717: added namespace declaration for describeRepository

Fixes FCREPO-699: PUT /objects/{pid}/datastreams/{dsid} sets versionable to true if it is not specified (REST API).
