Working implementation using utility class to wrap XML datastreams (inline and managed). Some integration test (B) coverage extended to use objects with managed DC, RELS-EXT and RELS-INT datastreams; further test coverage required

FCREPO-707: corrected the xsd location (although the schema doesn't actually exist there, that's for FCREPO-720)

FCREPO-719: added namespace declaration for datastreamHistory

FCREPO-717: added namespace declaration for describeRepository

Fixes FCREPO-699: PUT /objects/{pid}/datastreams/{dsid} sets versionable to true if it is not specified (REST API).

FCREPO-680: fixed exception when building a response with an empty string as mime type

FCREPO-715: proposed fix (add default namespace, corrects schemaLocation in DefaultSerializer)
