FCREPO-701: left this out of the last commit

FCREPO-701: added two new methods to DateUtility which throw either checked or unchecked exceptions, respectively for null or invalid input and updated calls to DateUtility which were clearly expecting/requiring failure for invalid input.

FCREPO-708: bumped Jersey version and added jackson library and added them to parent pom dependencyManagement

FCREPO-708: purgeDatastream now returns the dates of the purged datastream versions

FCREPO-707: returned to using the access namespace, but still setting default namespace

FCREPO-707: xslt for the html transform needed namespace declaration as well

Adds support for XML mime type "application/xml" in xslt helper functions (previously only text/xml supported); Fix bug processing disseminators that return character encoding as well as mime type in headers (eg application/xml;charset=utf-8) - these were not recognised as having a known mime type as the header was not being parsed.
