FCREPO-707: now that the response is actually namespaced, the xpath tests need to be as well

Adds support for XML mime type "application/xml" in xslt helper functions (previously only text/xml supported); Fix bug processing disseminators that return character encoding as well as mime type in headers (eg application/xml;charset=utf-8) - these were not recognised as having a known mime type as the header was not being parsed.
