- Added parameters to modifyDatastream URL to allow setting datastream state and versionable
- Added check for empty http request body in modifyDatastream, to allow for updating datastream properties like label, state, etc without changing datastream content. Chunked http request (for which size cannot be determined without reading the stream) is assumed to be indicative of a content update. Added a similar check to createObject.
- Changed getNextPID to require a POST instead of a GET (based on email from Matt Zumwalt 06-10-08)
- Re-generated WADL based on above changes
