- updated client.jar to latest (PIDs support equals() and hashCode(), FedoraClient doesn't mess with logging)
- updated default proai.properties to use postgres

implemented equals() and hashCode() for fedora.common.PID

- Simplified/standardized log4j configuration
- FedoraClient no longer tries to force commons-logging to use log4j,
as this is only appropriate in a standalone application (in servlet
containers, this can cause classloader issues)
- Administrator, being a standalone application, calls Log4J.force()
before anything else

Removed SDef and SDep builders from the Fedora Administrator client, updated the File->New functionality to create template CModel, SDef, and SDep objects.
