Fixed most of the issues from the review of FCREPO-406 (http://fedora-commons.org/fisheye/cru/CR-FCREPO-14)

Updates tests to take into account changes in the REST API

- adds a bit of exception handling around attempts to update XML datastreams with a URL
- adds line breaks to better format code

Closes FCREPO-376. Removed documentation links to fedora.info host in Installer.java and InstallOptions.java. There is now a single reference to the online Fedora 3 documentation in InstallOptions.java, which appears at the beginning of the install process.
Also updated Tomcat version number and REST-API documentation URL in OptionDefinition.properties.

Addresses FCREPO-475 (SSL cert expired). Next expiration: 2019.

Added IListable interface to support rebuilds against arbitrary LLStore impls.
Default LLStore impl now supports this interface and the rebuilder now uses
IListable.listObjects() instead of impl-specific code to perform rebuilds.
