This update backs out the default install options when running 'quick install' that were added with fcrepo-116.
It also adds another system test (fedora.test.AllSystemTestsConfigQ) that verifies the installation of a 'quick install': fcrepo-469

test config changes necessary to work with derby (no longer using mckoi)

This update provides support for the Derby database in replacement of Mckoi.
-Both embedded and networked derby-databases are supported
-Mckoi is supported like any of the other databases: mysql, postgres, etc...
-InstallOptions now adds minimal security when running 'quick' install (fcrepo-469).
