This update fixes the unit test issue seen when running Derby in embedded mode of deadlocking on doFields.pid.
It also modifies InstallOptions to add minimal security when running 'quick' install (fcrepo-469).
It also adds the Derby licenses under ./license/...

Minor updates to the web admin

Set default host and port for Web Admin login, either from the request URL or a cookie (if available).

- creates a distinction between info/warning/error message dialogs
- adds verification dialog prior to purging objects or datastreams
- renames Main.mxml to FedoraAdministrator.mxml

Minor UI updates

Addresses FCREPO-466 (Shell scripts don't properly pass through args with spaces).
This was fixed with a rehaul of the client and server shell and batch scripts,
which reduces duplication considerably. Scripts now also return status codes/error levels
consistently.

Also found and fixed another test/demo object (demo:25) that depends on an external
host (FCREPO-457). The fix for this was to include the required stylesheet in the
fedora-demo webapp rather than pointing to fedora-commons.org/services/fop/tei.xsl.

WebAdmin:
- Allows setting X or M datastream content via URL or file
- Comments, cleanup, minor bugfixes

REST-API (fcrepo-391)
- Allows deleted datastreams to be set to Active or Inactive states
- Allows updating the content of X type datastreams via URL
