replaced fedora.info with fedora-commons, as the fedora.info urls were not resolving

changed dsLocation from "http://www.fedora.info/junit/datastream1.xml" to "http://www.fedora-commons.org/junit/datastream1.xml" as the former is not resolving (at least for me).

removed obsolete bDefPID attribute from sDep Method Map

added fedoraBindingSpec-1.1.xsd and references throughout code and demo/test objects to refer to the latest binding spec.

test coverage for dsinput where the pid is specified

merged in trunk r7678:7749

updated rest-api.jar: rest api needed to be updated to reflect the changes in trunk to DCFields, DCField

updated fedora-api.jar

new jar filename versioning scheme:
- client jar now includes a version string
- versioned jars now include the subversion revision number unless the release property (e.g. "-Drelease=true") is set
