Commented out Reporting feature, no docs and it does not work in 3.0.

Some improvements for 3.0. More needed.

attempts flushBuffer() prior to close, so exception stack trace will be printed
in case of auto-flush error.

Fixes issue on Windows where substituted path values end up with a single backslash as a path separator.

Set DirIngest and OAI Provider links to Wiki pages.

Updates for Fedora 3.0. Does not include demo object documentation.
