Added option to NOT internally index DC field values, see comments
in fedora-base.fcfg. This change was suggested by Gert, to coincide
with the general availability of FedoraGSearch with Fedora 2.2

jar filename changes:
executable installer is fedora-$version-installer.jar
client.jar is now fedora-client.jar, for easier use in other projects

no longer depends on fedora admin user/pass in fedora.fcfg.
tests if server seems to be running, and if it's required to
be stopped, gives and error saying so.

commented out the filters for now :)

added what I believe are the minimum necessary filter and filter-mappings plus the tomcatusers filter.
