MPTQueryFactory depends on mptstore

Initial upload of working MPT query factory

proai now has option to tell mysql to do one-at-a-time ResultSet
processing. see comment.

updated with official 0.8 version of bvalid

changed log level of queries to info, and default log level for
oaiprovider package to info.

Changes to support (optional, default true) schema validation
on update of records from Fedora.

Bugfix: deleted status wasn't being picked up properly due to
misuse of Boolean.getBoolean(). That method only returns true
when the SYSTEM PROPERTY named by the given parameter has a value of
true, NOT, as expected, when the parameter given itself has a
value of "true".
Also added some debug and info-level logging.
