fedora's WEB-INF/lib now contains: commons-dbcp, commons-collections, commons-pool, and jdbc driver. However, if installing to Tomcat 5.0.x, the installer will remove the commons jars (as they are already included in Tomcat 5.0.x's common/lib) and put the jdbc driver in common/lib instead.
