just changed some dc fields for future search testing

also added check for modifying datastream with null/empty mimetype

backed out last set of changes except for addPlainTriple--i.e., we will continue to drop triples for optional properties that are null/empty string (dc, label, contentModel)

added reminder in installation section that RI defaults to OFF

MIME type as blank is OK.
Also, in general, now the resource index allows blank values
(they are legal rdf), and automatically converts null plain literals
so blank plain literals.

Now prints WARNING instead of aborting the whole thing if a single
object can't be added during a rebuild.

Client compatibility check is more relaxed: can now define a list of
compatible server versions in Client.properties.
(currently, this makes is possible to use the 2.1.1 admin client against
a 2.1.1, 2.1, or 2.1b server)
