noted other configs/scripts that changed, fixed a couple typos, and
collapsed sections on migrating from 1.2.1 and releases prior to 1.2.1,
pointing to the 2.0 migration guide instead. the last move was done so
this document simply focuses on direct upgrades to Fedora 2.1.1.

reverted to hyperlinking to www.fedora.info for prior version release notes. This was the right thing to do since in the "one big release notes" document, any hyperlinks to other pages from within the sections of prior release were wrong. This is because, as relative links, they were pointing to the latest version of a doc (like the installation guide), which will always reflect only the current release. Thus, the release-notes.html only contains the current release notes. Then it has a section that hyperlinks to the offically "published" userdocs/releasenotes on www.fedora.info. We need to discuss how these published snapshots are archived.
