we forgot to update the license text in the client when we switched to ECL

I updated the license text and changed the copyright dates to 2002-2005.
If the release of 2.1 gets delayed, we should remember to check code for
copyright date changes to include 2006....

bugfix: applied patch fix... now SessionFactoryFactory works whether
in tomcat (in fedora server) or embedded (in rebuilder)

bugfix: wasn't dropping oracle sequences, causing it to die when trying to re-create them
bugfix: if resource index failed to start, attempted to keep on truckin', causing confusing messages later
feature: prints what it's doing when initializing
