fixed errant space in schemaLocation

added mckoi-specific 1.2 to 1.2.1 migration instructions (copying
database files)

added instructions for 1.2 to 1.2.1 upgrade

commented out xmlspy pi instruction

Changed copyright statement years to 2002-2004.

changed version to 1.2.1

Finished backing out FORMATURI and HARVESTABLE changes
(removed references to them from the batch modify code)

Also updated readme.txt, build.xml, and LoginDialog.java
to reflect the new version number/rel date.

Removed all references to "harvestable" and "formaturi"
in preparation for 1.2.1 release

commented out OAI, formatURI, and Harvestable changes that were in
BatchModiy utility so build will compile without errors.

BatchModify code is turned off in admin client, but still needs to compile
without error even though its disabled in 1.2.1 release.

The commented code can be added back after 1.2.1 release when
formatURI, Harvestable, and OAI changes are put back....
