servicechange.tar.gz contains a WMI script to capture service related changes and log them to eventlog. Works on Windows 2000. These events can then be monitored and dispatched by evntmon.
See readme.txt for details.

The WMI script can be supplementary to evntmon.

binaries compiled by perl2exe is included, you don't have to install Perl first.

some features have been added, including multi-processing, pre-filters, handlers, saved searches, link to eventid.net and template view in event detail.

some basic documentation has been added.
