#60 Fixes Various Management Module Problems
The patches contained in this release address
Management module enhancements and inconsistencies.
1) The TCPCORE.rsa file contains patches to the TCP
core module. These patches address issues with the
redirector as well as adding additional status information.
2) The new VESOTCMN.rsa file contains enhancements
that support maintaining user files. The routine was
made more robust.
3) The Security.opf folder file contains Security and
UserManager methods that fix various bugs and
behavioral inconsistencies.

This patch file replaces a file that contained the routine
VESOTCMN in two places. The correct routine is now in the
TCPCORE.rsa file. Follow the instructions in the
Install20040416.txt file to install.
