Addition of peer identifier
Peer identifier can be set to any string <= 8 chrs
Peer identifier can be set to - to present an anonymous client
Peer identifer defaults to -CT1304- where 1304 represents ctorrent-1.3.4

CTorrent resolves internal domain address if behind firewall
