New spawn generator system
Add DelveString method in Item / ItemTemplate class
Add PeaceBrain and remove eRealm.Peace (a peace brain does not think, and never attack). This new brain type must be used by all peace npc like quest npc, merchand, stable master ect ... Don't forget with this brain your npc will never fight !!! ... The main adventage is a low cpu usage because this brain never think.
