new character screen works completely

(border buttons and the text field cursor don't work yet)
BORDER drawing is now hard coded and accepts 1-4 colors instead of 2

removed the object structure variable from the displayed components
further debugging of the code and adjusting of scripts to the changes

simplified and debugged calls of hard coded functions
ARRAY is now a data type (like STRING) and not a structure type anymore

deck screen displays current load info

debugged changing program states on the deck screen
fixed a bug where structure type names in expressions were replaced with the structure type instead of a new instance of the structure type
finished up the program table sorting buttons

changing program states works

sorting programs by all but the last two table columns works. working on those two columns
added status on/off images for those two columns

sorting the programs by the first table column works on the deck screen
