UITextField works, the new character screen is completed

IMAGE structure type added and UIImage overhauled
UITextfield is taking shape

UIText hardcoded

fixed a few bugs
things left to do on the new character screen : implement keyboard event handling, implement switching to another screen

on_mouse_entered and on_mouse_exited events work
UIButtons work

UIButtons listen to mouse events with the hardcoded function, but don't react yet
updated the way event listeners are registered, to allow for functions which are hardcoded in the interface classes

listening to arrays works (except for when delete() and insert() are used)
the new character screen displays correctly again

remapping globals when changing ruleset works sometimes

still working on hardcoded interface

SCREEN_BACKGROUND.width = 100% correctly sets its width relative to the parent width
