+ tested multiple-servlet configuration: seems to work

- one URI per servlet
- one sru-server-config-XYZ.xml per servlet
- one web.xml <servlet> and <servlet-mapping> element per servlet
- one resource-info.xml <ResourceInfo> element per servlet (not sure where these are used though)
