+ UNIX/TCP socket abstraction twiddling: added address-wrapper struct CSocketAddr
- replaced CHost fields m_HostAddr, m_Port, m_SocketPath with abstract m_SockAddr

- force socket permissions directly in create_unix_domain_socket(), not CHost::CreateSocket()
