- report errors parsing 'get_first_hits' responses
- literal TABs in count-key metadata fields can trigger this
- was resulting in silent nstatus_=neProtocolError and empty count-responses from branch server

+ v2.0.39: ignore empty breaks in CQueryNode::ConvertOccurrencesToHits() and CQueryNode::ConvertOccurrencesToHitsForPatterns()
- bogus index data containing empty sentences was generating bad empty hits
- specifically, c4_chtk for query: @Apfel #sep #has[title,'Anonymus Kalorien']
- alterantive: remove empty breaks from existing index with new scripts/remove_empty_borders.perl
