+ v2.0.38-rc2: distcheck fixes

+ link in common/(utilit|string_socket).(h|cpp) via CommonLib/libDDCCommon.la
+ build and install libDDCPCRE.la so that sources get copied properly (annoying)
+ added some 1-liner proxy src/*/FILE.cpp files containing only #include ../common/FILE.cpp
- fixes automake 'distclean' failures as called by 'distcheck', but is really quite annoying
