Preparing to release version 8.0.

Added support for performing flashback queries when describing objects.

Set native line endings on all Python source files.

With the new textwrap in place, the description of the application can be made
easier to read.

Added support for specifying the list of schemas to recompile in a file as is
already done for ExportObjects and DescribeSchema.

Added option --sort-by to allow the result set to be sorted before exporting;
added support for specifying a query rather than simply a table name to
allow for additional customization as required; removed the rownum attribute
from the rows since it serves no useful purpose; use cx_Logging rather than
printing directly to sys.stderr. Thanks to Micah Friesen for the initial patch.

Converted CopyData to using class based exceptions.

Converted GeneratePatch to using class based exceptions.

Converted to using class based exceptions and cleaned up some other code at the
same time.

Create common exceptions module and convert a few more string exceptions to
class based exceptions.
