Added support for eliminating the quotas on tablespaces.

Remove the hard coded string and use the name of the script (without any paths
or extensions) as the name to use when displaying help.

Added option --include-view-columns in order to enable specification of the
column names when creating the view.

Switch to the new more intelligent parser.

Remove SQL*Plus specific statements since by default connect statements will be
issues which will only work properly with PatchDB.

PatchDB has replaced CompileSource.

Replaced CompileSource with PatchDB which has a much saner parser and is setup
to handle additional commands besides SQL scripts.

Dramatically simplified setup now that most of the code has been included in
cx_Freeze.

Remove extraneous imports.

The locations on the web for the dependent projects has changed.
