This patch fixes bug #3316959 where settings were not being saved properly to CuteCom.conf. The cause of the bug was that when loading settings at start-up the "Char delay" field was updated, which triggered valueChanged(), which in turn saved only partially-loaded settings. This patch changes the "Char delay" field to use editingFinished signal instead.
