Changed the favicon.ico and mlogo.gif images.

Removed the hard-coded multiswap.net-string from the web-app. Now it uses the CMBARTER_HOST settings everywhere. (but process_emails.py still has multiswap.net hard-coded in it)

Improve screen.css so that the pending-payments page looks better when javascript is off.

Improved handheld.css to mimic the visual style of the screen.css more closely.

A very small improvement in the bg-translation.

Remove the .verbose class from an important remark in the shopping-list template.

Removed the CMBARTER_EXAMPLE_TRADER_ID-setting and substitute it with a better functionality. Now a 'search among out trusted partners'-link is shown in find-partner page.

A smaill improvement in the handheld-style.

Slightly changed handheld.css so that the handheld style mimics the desktop style.
