Tweaked get_trust_match* s.p.

Added the insertion_ts-field in the trust-table, and the index (it is not such a bad idea after all). Implemented get_trust_match_count stored procedure. Improved the get_trust_match s.p.

Removed the insertion_ts-field in the trust-table, becasue it was a mistake to add it at first place (the trust_insertion_ts_idx-index is removed too). Implemented get_trust_match stored procedure.

Added insert_ts and some text-search-related fields to the trust-table, plus a trigger to keep its p_tsvector field up-to-date; Allow 600 characters in trust.comment instead of 300; Allow 400 partners max instead of 200; Add advertise_trusted_partners-field to the profile-table, plus an UI for the users to change this field.

Removed the unmaintained Spanish trnslation from the trunk.

Make the OK-button in the pending_payments.html to be shown always when an error have occured.

Added update of last_recorded_activity_ts during the accept_payment stored procedure. This fixes a minor issue: deleting a user who does not log in but still continues route customer payments. Now such users will not be killed.
