40/80 conio mode now zips along nicely

Almost there. Writing strings to 40/80 vid ram is done + cursor blinking. We are now 100% free from ROM.

Almost there. Scrolling and wiping 40/80 col screens is done. ie: hitting the video ram directly. isn't too hard. Just hard to find documentation.

Split the editor in cgets off to cedits. The aim is to have a function which can be used for a multi-lined editor. cgets still works as expected.
