Almost there. Writing strings to 40/80 vid ram is done + cursor blinking. We are now 100% free from ROM.

Almost there. Scrolling and wiping 40/80 col screens is done. ie: hitting the video ram directly. isn't too hard. Just hard to find documentation.

Still working on libbank. Far mem in 40/80 col mode now working.
Since puts uses chrout in 40/80 col mode, you cant puts from banked memory. So, copy it out first.

Fixed bug in libbank. Wasn't working in 40/80 CoCo3 modes. Needed to check for machine type.

Update machine detection code. I original tried to emulate the CC65 method, which doesn't handle the number of machines I want to support, and was a pain to use.

Added single linked lists to sac.h

Changed fontinfo.type to fontinfo.packed.
