WinCMOC (M6809 C Compiler) Code

AMOC now removes unneeded symbols from files, reducing the final lib by 100kb+. Speeds up linking too.

New asm 6809 preprocessor is called "AMOC". Makes sense to me.

Tightened memory routines. Added some high level far memory alloc functions to malloc.h

Changed far_size to far_msize

Fixed heap_malloc. It was overrunning small buffers.

Changed libheman to libheap. far now supports "hanks". ie: banked heaps.
You can have multiple heaps in each bank of different sizes.

Added far_realloc, which should handle resize across multiple banks.

Added far string support to vsprintf. Added far_sprintf.

More far functions.
