Removed extra line break

Fixed bug where I inadvertantly made it beep one less time that it's supposed to with /b

Change of plans. Why should /rt require /t? They're two completely seperate options.

If you specify /t, then you may specify /rt to re-use the time specified with if you elect to go again. (Ticket #6)

The help info now tells you where to get the source code.

Remove extra line break in help info (Ticket #11)

Correction: /u and /? don't have to be the first parameters on the line, but you must only specify one or the other.

Added the fact that /b reverts to -1 on second and subsequent runs

The application no longer beeps once when you use "/b 0" (Ticket #14)

This index.php file is just there so that I can have the default page of the countdown-timer website in source control
