New Profession: Wrangler
This profession will allow you to gather Bonus Resources from one spot, and either unload them in your Cities or, plat them in another spot. Most Bonuses could be "gather-able" this way, with the Name of the Profession being change accordingly.
The first profession would be a Heardsman type that can heard up Sheep, Horses, and Cattle.
