Starting a continuation with the PO toolbox sometimes fails with MXCL due to NTST being initially too small (even with adaptation enabled). To improve robustness of starters, compute an NTST value such that initial solution guess is sufficiently well approximated. In case this is not possible, print message to screen telling user what to do (like increase NTSTMX).
