Bug in atlas_1d_recipes. Differs from book implementation of test_BP. Function should return prob, see comment in committed version on line 186.

This atlas code was kept with the sole purpose of making it possible to reproduce screen output as shown in recipes - it is an unmaintained snapshot. Unfortunately, this includes output due to incorrect code. Since this atlas class should not be used by anyone, we should leave it as is and simply add a comment that states that test_BP is not implemented as it should and that this is fixed in the atlas class distributed with coco.

If we start making changes that could change the output, there is no point in keeping this class in the package.
